Who we Are
The New England Laborers’ Labor-Management Cooperation Trust (NELLMCT) prides itself on advancing and strengthening the relationship between LIUNA and its signatory contractors in the New England Region.
NELLMCT works to create and provide tools and resources for our LIUNA signatory contractors in the New England Region in order to position them for success and longevity in the construction industry. It is one of the three funds that make up New England Laborers’ Tri-Funds, organizations uniquely established to assist in expanding the New England Region’s market share. NELLMCT, the New England Laborers’ Training Trust Fund (NELTTF), and the New England Laborers’ Health and Safety Fund (NELHSF) develop the marketing, training, and health and safety programs that give LIUNA’s New England Region a competitive edge.
NELLMCT is an affiliate of the Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET) and the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA). NELLMCT is governed by a board of Labor and Management Trustees. Within New England, NELLMCT works closely with the regional office, 3 District Councils, 2 Training Academies and 30 affiliated local unions throughout.

The Trustees bring a wealth of experience and knowledge that has proven invaluable in steering NELLMCT’s operations in a way that provides joint benefits for the New England Region of LIUNA, its members, and its signatory contractors.
